Introducing the latest addition to the MTG-B1000 Series of timepieces with essential functional elegance along with a two-way time correction system that uses Bluetooth® connection and time signal reception. Everything comes packed into a compact configuration that combines metal and resin materials.
This new model employs special coloring to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the MT-G Series, which was first introduced back in 1999. The metal parts of this model and their rainbow ion-plated (IP) finish are in line with the 20-year MT-G Series tradition of combining innovative new designs with different materials.
The rainbow ion plating is superimposed on an image of a beautiful lunar rainbow.*
The package of this watch also has an IP finish, creating a special package for a special timepiece.
* Lunar rainbow
This is a rainbow that occurs when moonlight is refracted by water droplets. Lunar rainbows are much fainter than solar rainbows, so the light is difficult to view with the naked eye, making them sights of mysterious beauty.
Rainbow IP
The bezel has a rainbow ion-plated (IP) finish that recreates the hues of a lunar rainbow, which occurs when moonlight is refracted by water droplets. Color gradations of each bezel are slightly different, giving every watch a distinctive look.
